The short version

We use Google Analytics to understand, anonymously, how visitors use this site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. If you do nothing, or choose “Reject”, no analytics cookies are stored on your device.

Cookies we use

When — and only when — you accept, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) sets the following first-party cookies:

• _ga – distinguishes one visitor from another. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_<container> – keeps the state of your visit (session). Expires after 2 years.

These cookies do not contain your name or any information that identifies you personally, and we do not use them for advertising.

Consent – how it works

We use Google Consent Mode. Until you choose, and if you reject, analytics storage stays denied, so no analytics cookies are written. In that state Google may still receive a small, cookieless signal that a page was viewed; it cannot be tied to your device or used to identify you. When you accept, analytics storage is switched to granted and the cookies above are set.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies and block them through your browser’s settings.
